No. Kastle Homes does not negotiate, advise on price, or handle offers. Those parts of your sale stay with you and your own professional advisors.
Your listing is live for 30 days as part of the $999 setup. After that, it stays live for $99 a month, which also covers updates and small edits. You can cancel anytime.
Yes. While your listing is on the monthly plan, price updates, photo changes, owner contact changes, status updates, and small text edits are included.
