Room details

Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus any standout rooms or spaces.

Square footage

Approximate finished square footage of the home.

Lot size

Lot dimensions or acreage, if you have them.

Ownership type

Freehold, condo, or other, so the page describes the property correctly.

Upgrades and renovations

Recent work, notable features, and anything that sets the home apart.

15 to 25 photos

Clear, well-lit photos of the main rooms, exterior, and yard.

Preferred owner contact

The name, phone, and email buyers should use to reach you directly.

Lawyer contact Optional

Your real estate lawyer, if you already have one lined up.

Showing availability

General times you are open to arranging private showings with buyers.

Permission to publish

Your agreement to have the photos and property details shown on your listing page.
